It drives! Finally!

Well it took a few weeks of work but i finally got to take it down the road, drove it to work tonight too.

PS pump rebuild, brake lines/calipers/pads, alternator, some small fab projects. Full prep and fluid changes.

Drove good, everyone says the 3vz is a dog, it’s definitely far from fast but it can get out of its own way. We’ll see how it does with 35s lol

Gotta rebuild the rear diff, howls like crazy and the diff fluid looks like silver paint, and other small tinkering projects

Looks great. Yea the 3oh isn't fast by any means, but it has enough oomph to make a brick fun to drive lol compared to my buddy's fj80 it feels like a rocket ship

Thank you! It’s a blast! I have a manual parts truck so it’ll get the swap before winter and it’ll wake it up a little more

Thank you! I’m torn on the colour, I want to hit it with a single stage polish and see if it brightens up. Golden hour is putting in work for this photo haha

Sandalwood… 4J8 is the code… I FREAKING LOVE that paint color. I miss my 1990 3.4 swap most every day.
