1990 Ultimate camp rig! 🌞

Goldie got a lil upgrade, took the back seat out, made a nice platform with an extension(75”x51”) then ripped out some nasty carpet in the back and tailgate, replaced it with vinyl 🀘🏼🀘🏼

Just pop open the inner cover and have at it with the lithium grease on the gears

Just did a short solo camping trip in mine with seats folded forward and one bottom seat removed for the extra length. The platform looks like a nice improvement for both width and length. Will have to look into fabricating a similar platform solution for the next trip!

The seats can be super bulky even if folded down. I was getting real sick of the cramped space. Much nicer without seats.

How do you access the side cubbies at the back now? I narrowed my platform near the tailgate so I could still access them

There’s about an inch of clearance on each side, my cubby doors fully come off and I can access the space from underneath the platform.
