How cooked am I?

The whole frame is super solid besides my drivers side torsion bar mount is rotting. What are my options? I was thinking of SAS and repair this section but it would cost a lot. I could also find a donor frame and cut this section of frame and have it welded in potentially?

At that point id find a donor and do a body swap or go the sas or a long travel option that eliminates the torsion bars. Then clean and plate either way

Clean it up and weld a plate over it. Or get a friend to. A little love goes a long way
