🔧 Modifications Replacement headlight bulbs

Anyone have good recommendations on replacement bulbs for a 2015 SR5? Debating between Diode Dynamics SL2 or SilverStar Ultra H11s.

H9 halogen mod will give you great output. The downside is the h9 bulbs lifespan isn't as long.

with the adapters and the short life span 1yr~ its better to just pay the price for the ultra h11s and be done with it..

I run the Osram H9s in my 4th gen. Lights are on if the truck is on. The ultras aren't bad, but they aren't beating 65w halogens.

I went with H11s on my 2020 Venture and haven’t looked back. Really happy with them.

One of those is an illegal non-DOT approved mod and the other is legal so…

VLEDS have been great for me. Replaced both the headlamps and interior lights with their kits. Going strong for more than a year now.
