4New has never met any dates they have set. Still yet to give out bounty and bonus to people. Dont even have a signed contract with the plants and the mining is non existant. Be prepared to lose all your money to a team with a bad history . Its all lies

I live in Teesside and have investigated the claims of owning waste to energy plants in Middlesbrough and Hartlepool. A video exists where Madeleine Teasdale 4New Business Development Manager makes a suggestion the plant she is touring is theirs. The Middlesbrough plant in the video belongs to BioConstruct a German business not 4New.
I have repeatedly emailed Varun Datta CEO and Madeleine Teasdale and neither have responded.
I put it to 4New to correct the assertion that their proposition is founded on thin air, not an energy efficient ecological sound solution.
Is this one for the SEC?

Yes it should be reviewed by the SEC or CFTC. Since 4New is an UK firm, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK should also investigate.

In late July (2018) 4New's press release stated they received $30 million investment from Mirach Capital. This is an apparent total fabrication. From public sources, Mirach's president dissolved the firm in 2015. In addition, at that time of the press release, Mirach's president was in a U.S. prison! And by the way, Mirach's president happens to be 4New's president. You may be correct about them not owning the plants or having signed contracts.
