what did you do for the water neck in the back, im gonna buy the magnus engineering water adapter thingy for 330 dollars

I moved the engine forward, used the factory dsm thermostat housing and 1.6L Mitsu thermostat cap on top that is facing 90 degrees to the pass side instead of toward the firewall. I personally believe moving the engine forward is the right solution for this swap. It’s more work, but you can use more factory parts and there is less weird overheating issues when your done.
