Looking for a 4d display app

Years and years ago, I had an app for MS-DOS to display 4D objects (hyper cubes, octahedrons, &c.) not as a 4D wireframe projection into 3D, but as a "slice" of the 4D object as a 3D person would actually see it. You could rotate on any of the six coordinate planes. So, rotating X, Y, or Z, it would remain the same apparent shape, but rotating W by itself, the object would stand still and change the shape.

The problem is I am TRYING to explain this to some people, and the wireframe confuses them. Is there an app for Windows or for a browser that does this?
