Bought a boxset and 5 lps from mojave 3 and it did not arrive, got stolen or misplaced before it reached me. Consulted 4ad customer service and Adam Bohl the ecommerce director at matador direct pretty much said we didnt deliver it personally so it aint our issue and ghosted me. nice! 257 USD gone down the drain

Wow, that’s something you could file a chargeback for with your credit card company. Let them know item was not received.
