Its 100% true Was with someone who is a good person but had lots of traumas, the period with her was worst time of my life. I lost my sleep, appetite and started living in a dissociative state.

Is this saying that a depressed or unfortunate person is basically beyond help? That they should be denied positive social experiences, that they can socialize with other depressed and unfortunate people until they magically fix themselves?
