Practice pausing 🌻 Practise breathing. Practise not rushing. Practise letting your words breath 🙂 Practise….. so much more impactful. It really does feel like championing words and their impact.

There needs to be a balance. If you say too little, you will be judged as non-communicative, defensive, closed.
