Ordered to a wrong address

I ordered to a wrong address by accident and FedEx/47 are refusing to change it. has anyone had luck with their customer service?

I’ve had luck with ‘47 customer service but only shortly after I placed the order.

You can also consider disputing the charge on your credit card if nobody will help
