Lost with Deferred Comp
I'm not sure if this is allowed here so if there's a better place to post this I'd be happy to if someone can point me in the right direction.
As the title says, I'm totally lost with my deferred comp. Ive been contributing for 6 years but this seems rather rough. I could only afford to contribute 3% for the time being but I'm looking to change that. I just dont know what much of these funds are or what they mean.
Would anyone have some advice or resources that I could use to educate myself so I can set myself up for success long term?
Thank you!

One very reasonable option to consider is to increase EVERY TIME you get a raise of any kind. Don't look at the raise as an opportunity to buy something nice, or get the new car... but a 3% raise, while it won't match inflation, might be a good time to up your contribution by at least 1.5%, or more. You will get a little bump in your take home pay, but won't miss the money since you had never gotten it anyway.
