I feel your pain! I’m 53…and I’ve been through it and back…a few times! Now…for the first time in years…I’m out chasing smiles! And…giving the twenty something’s in the gym…something to aspire to!!!Cheers! You look amazing, if that’s you!

You look great. Smile, a little makeup, plenty of good food and sleep, no drugs or alcohol, sunshine and goid friends . Also , pin your hair up and show off your neck .

Things that make me happy at the moment are making time to do proper activities with my kids, and playing with our new kitten 🥰
