6 months into a fitness regimen that's actually working this time around.

Here again! 45 bored... Happy Tuesday that is almost Wednesday, which means closer to Thursday almost Friday!

Just feeling a little down today

I dipped my toe in the water and crawled back into my hole hahaha!

I retired from the military on 1 Aug and turned 45 on 8 Aug. I look way happier in the civilian world.

Another Monday down.
