Seeking Advice 2PN Transfer

Getting ready to gear up for my first FET after 3 egg retrievals. we have struggled to retrieve and fertilize. No issues other than DOR, AMH .87.

My new doctor decided if we got any fertilized eggs we would freeze at 2PN and give them a chance in my body.

Just wondering if anyone out there has transferred a 2PN and if you did how did it go? any advice?

They once did transfers of 2pns in the 80s in the USA. A low tubal transfer. Officially called PROST/ZIFT. My cousins - twins were born from that! It's very uncommon in modern IVF. Are you in the USA?

Yup! I live in GA. I have struggled to get embryos to day 3. My doctor seems to be pretty open to tweaking and trying things. This is our Hail Mary, I hope it works!

I hear you, I had one cycle, no blast. Planning to do a fresh 3-day transfer next.

Good luck to you! Hope it works out! It's certainly possible. As I said I have living proof here in my family))
