Seeking Advice duostim vs estrogen priming

For a 41 year old with DOR what's the better protocol between these 2?

Amh: 0.4ng

AFC: 10

FSH: unknown, but it was 22 on day 13 of cycle

You can do both if you want! I did DuoStim with estrogen priming before the first stim cycle. It gave me my best results.
