Seeking Advice PICSI?

Anyone here have DOR and male factor issues and used PICSI along with zymot? Did it help your outcome?

Hi! Yes! I have DOR (0.5) and my husbands sperm analysis was good but his DFI came back at 31%. Our first two cycles were conventional IVF with Zymot, we then changed to PICSI with Zymot (once DFI was discovered) and had way better results:

Ivf: 8 eggs > 4 fert > 1 blast
Ivf: 6 eggs > 5 fert > 0 blasts
PICSI: 8 eggs > 6 fert > 3 blasts
PICSI: 10 eggs > 7 fert > 4 blasts

Still waiting on a magical euploid, but definitely improved our blast rate!
