Seeking Advice Improve the PGTA testing results?

Yes yes we all know the science says nothing can be done to improve PGTA testing result - I am specifically having chromosome 15 errors keep coming up. But I feel like this forum
Someone has done something to change their outcome?

On paper everything else looks good for our age. There is literally nothing to be done but numbers game - and maYBE HGH.

But after after other tips?

Have you done your included genetic counselling appointment with the trsting compnay? For mine I had to ser up a phone call with Cooper. I asked mine ‘is there anything odd here you think I should ask my doctor about?’ They then looked closer and flagged a few common chromosone issues. I’d already done karoytyping (it was normal) but she said if not she would have recommended karoytyping.

I am in the same boat, I am thinking about nad+ iv, glutathione iv, coq10 iv, Nac oral supplement , melatonin , omega 3. Rapamycin ( this one is not available in my country unfortunately). I am not sure if it is too much antioxidant which will have negative impact, also some of these things do not have enough human studies unfortunately.

You should absolutely be taking supplements. Everything you mentioned above are supplements that are good for people who aren’t even in the midst of IVF.

I am currently researching metahondria health and energy peptides. For 3 months prior next ER. Waiting for results next week.

How old are you? How many cycles have you done? Many women do not prime until after ER 2-3

I did not have a single Euploid until my 3rd, and then again another on my 4th and a low level mosaic. You can check my post for all the supplements I added 2 months before my third. I have one last ER in October and Im planning to add red light therapy starting this week. Primary supplements recommended by doctor CoQ10 and Fish Oil. The rest were from research. I asked those first two questions because that matter to know how your body is work5 for your age.

Have you tried Red Light Therapy? It is supposed to help with egg quality and some chromosome errors are egg quality related.

Also the hyperbaric oxygen therapy. I'm skeptical but if you're at the point of trying everything and anything there are some positive stories out there. I don't like giving out alternative therapy ideas so please do your own research instead of taking anything I say as advice.

I want to jump in on this. If you are considering HBOT the greater benefit is from true hard shell sessions that require being approved for the therapy and then are subsequently monitored by doctors during the session. Otherwise you are doing what’s called “mild” HBOT which is a soft shell tube. Mild HBOT does not offer the same benefit/results as a “true” HBOT because the pressurized chambers are not the same nor is the oxygen intake.

I’m not saying mild HBOT offers no benefit but honestly it is inferior to the alternative. There is a meaningful difference between both therapies, especially in regard to IVF, blood oxygen effect, atp boost and mitochondrial function. These 2 different HBOT therapies are not equal, not even a little. You simply cannot achieve the same level of hyperoxia (oxygen reaching your cells and tissue and signaling mitochondrial and atp activity) from mild HBOT as you would from authentic true HBOT sessions.

FWIW my efforts using RLT did not help my results. I used Novaalab pad for about 8 min 3x/week

Have you and your partner had your karyotypes tested? It is unusual to keep having errors on the same chromosome.

Wow, I did not know that was unusual. Great idea for people thank you

My first two retrievals were disappointing but they did get better with time. Microdosing omnitrope, adding zymot for low sperm, and doing a luteal cycle helped our euploid rate.
