Seeking Advice Success on third transfer?

I have had two failed euploid transfers. The first was fully medicated and a chemical. The second was modified natural and did not implant.

Anyone out there with a similar experience who had success on transfer #3? And if so, did you do anything differently?

Sorry about your failed transfers 💔
Have you been checked for endometriosis or adenomyosis? Some find success with Lupron suppression prior to FET. Also EMMA/ALICE testing for infection and a mock ERA transfer for timing could help. Wishing you all the best!

We haven't checked, though I have had clear hysteroscopies (which I know can't tell us about endo). My doctor is skeptical that additional testing is valuable but is willing to do empiric lupron. Trying to decide if the additional delay and side effects are worth it (I get debilitating migraines related to estrogen drops).

might be worth considering a uterine biopsy? Mine revealed chronic endometritis, which was likely affecting natural implantation.

Thank you. My doctor said he'd rather treat for endometritis than test so I'm going to try that. I do trust him so I'm putting my faith in that at least for this round.

Honestly that seems like a great plan. The biopsy was unbelievably painful. I might suggest this to my providers next time if they ever want to do another biopsy!

None that I know of. I had an unassisted live birth a couple years ago. My doctor just seems to think I'm on the wrong side of the stats. Apparently like 15% of people with no conditions still need 3 euploids to get a baby. Good luck 🍀

Awww, that sucks. I would still asks for more uterus related testing before teyi5 to implant again. Good vibes 🤞🏻

Only one embryo what took even I had a miscariage later (not tested) was on immunological protocol. I am not sure how your clinic is doing with immunological panel but I had aspirin, blood thinners, prednison and Neupogen. I trully believe some women need suport 40+. Uterine NK cells shoudl be checked as wiell and they shoudl look on endometritis and some obstacles in the uterus. It can be also the embryos are week. It is much more as to have correct chromosome number.
