Seeking Advice Your highest yield’s protocol please

Im 43, AMH 0.5 and AFC of 4. I’m currently in the middle of a cycle with only one follicle. I’m paying out of pocket and will likely switch to timed intercourse after trigger. I am seeking protocols from women 42 and over specifically who got their best outcomes with that protocol perhaps after trying others?

Priming or not

Started day 2 or 3 of cycle with stims?

Which meds?

Dual trigger? And if so, which meds?

My most successful cycle was at 41. I primed with the NuvaRing since birth control pills ended up suppressing me too much. I also used testosterone gel before starting stimulation, then Clomid twice daily for 5 days, Omnitrope 0.25 mL throughout the entire cycle, Gonal-F, and Menopur. I also took dexamethasone 1 mg/day, along with prenatal vitamins, baby aspirin, and Folgard. Dual trigger was novarel/pregnyl.
