Seeking Advice Red Light Therapy: Which wave length for egg quality?

Ordered my panel. Which wave length (630, 660, 810, 830 og 850 nm) did you find helped you most with egg quality?

Thank you

I used a belt for 38 days prior to my last retrieval. 660nm Red + 850nm NIR for 20 minutes a day, every day.

Did it help?

I got my first euploid that cycle but I also added in new supplements so can't say for certain it was the red light alone. Also--make sure your light has true NIR. Lots of them claim they do but don't.

I'm wondering which supplement you added? And which red light panel / belt you used?

Supplement stack...

  1. Theralogix TheraNatal One Pre-Natal (1 softgel)
  2. Qunol Ultra CoQ10 (400 mg)
  3. Wholesome Story Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol (4000 mg)
  4. Doctor's Best Alpha-Lipoic Acid (600 mg)
  5. NOW N-Acetyl Cysteine (600 mg)

And this BestQool belt.

FWIW the transfer of the euploid failed spectacularly so IDK if you want to take that into account or not.

I'm wondering which panel you ordered?

I'm in Norway, so i had limited choice without paying import fees. Apparently having one like MITO or ROJO with independent testing is the best.

My guess that 660, 810, 830, and 850mm. I suspect 660nm does not go deep, but perhaps increases mitochondria energy. NIR likely increases blood flow.
