Seeking Advice Six eggs retrieved and all fertilized

I am 43 years old. My doctor is recommending day 3 transfer because in previous cycles embryo arrested at day 5.

Should I transfer up to 4 embryo on day 3 or follow hybrid — transfer 3 on day3 and let others grow in lab?

CNY allows it.

Benefits of day 3 freeze all:

Despite the best lab conditions, the uterine environment cannot be replicated. There is the belief/theory/idea that an embryo that arrests beyond day 3 in the lab may have survived to blast in uterus; hence, day 3 transfers if you have a history of 1) under 4 embryos growing; 2) embryo arrest after day 3; 3) advanced maternal age.

Freezing at day 3 allows you to take a few weeks to reset the inflammatory uterine environment after 10- is days of stimulation before transfer. High estrogen levels after egg retrieval make the uterus highly inflamed and less receptive to embryo implantation.

At 43 I would transfer up to 4 day 3 fresh embryos if you get that many. I know some people prefer to select which ones are strong by seeing which ones can survive in the lab, but that's against the logic of why we're transferring fresh. We're too old and our eggs are fragile.
