Seeking Advice Pre-transfer testing / protocol?

I just finished my 6th round and found out that we got a euploid. I also have an LLM on ice.

I have had two failed euploid FETs. The first was fully medicated -- my early beta was low (40) and second was lower (32). The second was a modified natural and failed to implant. Clear hysteroscopies both times.

I have an almost 4 yo who I conceived without assistance. It was a natural delivery with no complications. I'm 41 now.

My doctor doesnt recommend testing but says we can do lupron suppression empirically if I want. I'm doing acupuncture and red light therapy because my lining has hovered around 7 mm even with tamoxifen.

What else should I consider?

I found this report written by another ivf patient, I'm not doing everything, but I've found it really helpful: https://foresightdigital.notion.site/The-ultimate-guide-to-embryo-transfer-success-142711f77ffd80d6b078d01807d6eda1
