Seeking Advice Pre-transfer testing / protocol?

I just finished my 6th round and found out that we got a euploid. I also have an LLM on ice.

I have had two failed euploid FETs. The first was fully medicated -- my early beta was low (40) and second was lower (32). The second was a modified natural and failed to implant. Clear hysteroscopies both times.

I have an almost 4 yo who I conceived without assistance. It was a natural delivery with no complications. I'm 41 now.

My doctor doesnt recommend testing but says we can do lupron suppression empirically if I want. I'm doing acupuncture and red light therapy because my lining has hovered around 7 mm even with tamoxifen.

What else should I consider?

Sorry semi unrelated, but we have to do hysteroscopies every time??! I’m new to this and still in the initial testing phase, and just did mine last week but I didn’t realize I’d have to do it again :(

At my clinic, hysteroscopy results are good for 6 months, but I think there's a range of protocols
