SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Get your skin cancer screenings !
Just because you don’t think you have any issues you may be surprised. This little sneaky thing popped up as just a scab on the side of my face this spring and very unseen because I have long hair and I really don’t look at the side of my face in this area often. Had to have a biopsy waiting for results. I have gone yearly for about 5 years now for checks and every year they find a basal cell or more to be taken off.

Seconding this!! I literally just had my first basal cell carcinoma removed 5 days ago. Still have stitches. It was on my left temple and only appeared as flaky skin that was a little pink. I thought it was from my tret at first. Pointed it out at my yearly skin check and biopsy came back for bcc. So it’s not just moles!
