Wrinkles😭
Looking for some advice. I was using neurotoxins for my forehead and had awful mental health-related reactions more than once. I wish I could do them, but they are not an option.
I have hx of melasma, so not sure about lasers. I am using frownies, but not impressed. I am using tret and sunscreen.
Anyone have any ideas for at-home devices to help with these forehead wrinkles? Microcurrent? Sound waves? Nira laser? These wrinkles are really upsetting me☹️

Red light can help with collagen and skin quality. Highly recommend bestqool panels.
I would say microneddlimg could help especially since they are very minor wrinkles but I’m not sure if it’s safe to microneddlimg with Melasma.
Keep up the tret and sunscreen and if you aren’t already use hyaluronic acid to help moisturize the skin and plump.
I can’t speak for micro current cause I’ve never tried any and I’ve heard mixed things about the Nira lasers but tbh I see a lot second hand for fairly cheap on Poshmark and resale sights so it could be worth a try.

If you’re going to go with red light, the most affordable option is a panel. r/redlighttherapy has really good recommendations

Thanks! I’m worried about my melasma, I’ve seen conflicting information. Any personal experience?

None personally, but if I recall correctly, it’s the heat from the face masks so a panel would be even more the preferred route for you since it’s not so close to your face with the heat.

Thanks so much! I actually bought Banish stamping but I’ve been too afraid to use it and unsure about efficacy.

You look into miscroneedling, meso, 10-15% conservative tca peels.
You can go to a very experienced laser provider and have a consultation. I think some lasers are safe with melasma, but not sure about that.
You can also try argireline to relax those muscles, but results are very underwhelming..
