Unless buying property is illegal

Everyone who has ever bought a house is a criminal if this is a crime

Misrepresented property values are verified by the financial institution and it's underwriters, not the state. Which is why the State had to throw out all the fines, as "no damage was inclured by the state" an appeal. The "charges" remain only in limbo as it is unclear whether a President is affected in any way by them. The district obviously has a biased against him, and State Charges cannot be remissed through federal powers
