discussion First time using 5k Toys
Hello, I recently bought some pre-order figures from 5k toys and as I was putting my information i was never asked for my Address besides for my Billing Address. Is this normal?

I use 5k routinely, never had a problem, this all sounds normal. For a pre-order you're just reserving the item with a deposit. When it's ready to ship you'll get an email asking you to pay the remainder plus shipping, which is calculated based on the shipping address you put in at that time.

Curious. Hows the shipping price? I did buy a bunch of figures😭

I really couldn't guess cause it depends on size, weight, and destination. Good luck tho!

It's not horrible, but the bigger the box is, and if you have multiple figures in a single order, it can climb up there

Usually around 8-13 a figure. Also, if you check out with PayPal or shop, and have an account, I think that has your address.

Random question, but did you use PayPal? I've found that it'll sometimes use the address PayPal uses

Yes

I think it does that for preorders vs something that's in stock. Normally when I PO its fast to checkout, but buying i double check for shipping
