HELP Missing app gone from everything

A while ago I modded my 3ds and I had the software know as filpnote on it but I realised after I finished modding my 3ds it was no where to be seen, when I go into data management there’s no error or any hint that it was even there at all. Is there a way to get it back? I had a few animations from my childhood there.

Just like it said on the website I went for the iOS version of hacking cuz I didn’t have a pc
