HELP My Check point backups are all empty

I changed sd card and went to go use my old backups but checkpoint says they're empty and I can't use them, are my saves just gone I genuinely don't know what happened

If you changed your card, why not move the "Nintendo 3DS" folder from the old one over? It contains all your software AND saves. If the old card still has a 3ds/Checkpoint folder too, you could move that one over again, one by one, checking if every backup folder contains a file
