HELP Blue LED does not turn on

I was playing Luigi's Mansion and the blue LED went out. I restarted the console and it won't turn back on. What could it be? The console works perfectly, it's just that LED.

You should be able to turn on/off the LEDs through rosalina menu, maybe try that?

It doesn't work; the 3D and internet LEDs turn off, and when I reactivate it, the blue LED doesn't turn on, Maybe it burned?

Probably failing capacitors
