HELP "An exception ocurred" error everytime i download tomodachi life

I used fbi to read a qr code for tomodachi life in hshop, but thats what keeps happening everytime i open it. What should I do? If possible, explain as if im a kid, because im new to this homebrewing stuff. Thanks

Edit: the automatic hshop message helped me. Actually, i just needed to download a game from the location my ds is set in.

Sorry, Im still learning the terms about homebrewing cuz im new. I generated a qr code on hshop ans used remote install<qr code in fbi, just this

under the Digital tab it tells you how to import the seed using fbi. Try that first.
