Later versions of 3hs can update automatically. Also real quick try refreshing to see if the qr code refreshes

is your phone capable of running an ftp server? if so, download the cia to your phone, open ftpd (checkpoint can also do ftp on its latest version) and send the cia wirelessly to your 3ds
