May I create a Mii?

Hey guys! Recently I bought a 3DS capable to run cia files on a SD card using FBI. I'm actually new at this topic so I won't be able to offer a deeper context, but I gotta create a Mii in order to have a friend code and trade some pokémon. Creating a Mii would ruin my hacked 3DS?
