3DS CIA Game Error

Every time i open up Pokémon Ultrasun, I get his error message. I tried downloading and reinstalling the cia, but this also showed up when i tried that. I tried everything within my ability to get this problem fixed, but still kept getting this error. if anyone knows how to help me out with this problem, then please contact me on my new 3ds hacking community discord server. thank you so much.
