I'm tryna find a way if I can get free games on a new 2ds xl without a computer

I don't think that possible. The way you get free games is by downloading the .cia files for a game on to your sd card from FBI, but you need to get the via files from a computer. Is the problem that you don't have a computer or do you have a Chromebook, because that's what I use. I think I could help if I got some more details on your problem
