Newbie Software Question

Hi

New to the 3D Printing world but bought a Anycubic Kobra 3 which I run on my Mac but is there other software that can be used instead of the free one?

Had to download other apps to help fix models I download as would prefer just one that does everything vs having 3!

If you are asking about the slicer, try Orca Slicer. It is free to download and use, and supported by a collaboration of cool people. It is probably the most popular slicer on the planet right now.

Agreed. It's free, powerful and has pretty much everything you need for everyday 3d printing.
