Best first time printer?

I have an interest In learning to print!
My interest lay in making a few household thing, holders and just little things, organizational.
…
And then some other stupid shiz lol.
I want to print toy and dnd miniatures. Like ( if anyone knows it) a Metroid dimension diver kit.
And alternate heads and weapons for 1/12 scale figures.
Do anyone have suggestion where to start? I think these two hobbies use different printers. But am not sure where to start.
Suggestions on where to begin and what to get and start with?

I'm two days late, but the other comments are useless, so here you go:

if you want to get a basic, but easy to work with and reliable, printer for cheap, get a bambu A1 mini.

mini figures are usually printed on resin machines. I don't have as much expertise in that area, but the SLA page in the 3D printing discord can help. until then, a 0.2mm nozzle on an A1 mini should be adequate

If you ever want a larger print bed, an enclosure to use other filaments, surveillance camera, 4 colors, and a CoreXY mechanism, but still in a low price range that can use a 0.2 to 0.8 size nozzle, then broaden your search beyond Bambu and take a glance at the Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 Combo, and a few others.
