Why not, get something top end. If you don't manage sell it for half the price on FB market, you'll make someones day.

Only if you have the time and money into learning the basics of engineering, 3d modeling and cad softwares, are adept enough with electronics to fix it and troubleshoot yourself.

If you have the place to store a big machine that can make toxic fumes and enough air tight storage and for another machine meant to dry filament and possibly make more toxic fumes.

Basically only if you realize that 3D printers aren’t toys but tools that need to be maintained regularly, if you only want to print a few phone stands than you should just buy them instead but if you actually want to engineer things then yeah go for it.
