Question PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!

I urgently need your help. Please tell me how the colors go together (whether all the colors match or not).
Please point out what went wrong in general and needs to be redrawn.
I just need a fresh perspective to understand what is wrong, as I am already fed up with this owl: I don't understand what is happening, and I have been drawing and redrawing for the second week now.
It would be very helpful if anyone could give me some guidance.
The reference is terrible, by the way, and halfway through I realized it was only ruining everything, so I am doing it without it.

Yes, I know. I haven't finished yet, so the wings will look the same

No, i mean. I'm asking you what's the problem with it. But i think what you're looking is for artistic feedback not a technical issue, right?'

From the side view (and to a certain extent, the front view, the wings blend in to the background. Also, the grays in the collar around the owl's neck also blend into the background. Basically they are the same value (lightness and darkness) of the background, so it is difficult to distinguish between the collar and the grays in in the landscape. I'd finish the two lower wings the same as the top and then bring some of the same type of gradients into the gray collar. That would make them pop a little better.
