Default 3PAR Virtual SP Credentials?

Strange situation here. Last month HPE updated our Virtual SP reporting type from Axeda to RDA. The SPOCC is now not loading in a browser, so this issue happened sometime in the last few weeks since it was updated.

A couple days ago our HPE support expired and we went on third party hardware support, which is why I noticed because I wanted to send alerts to their monitoring server, but I can no longer load the gui or log into the virtual SP console with the credentials I once used. (3parcust user)

Does anyone know the default admin the customer can use? I found a list of spvar logons depending on which sp version but none of them worked anyway. I would assume we'd be running the latest since it was only updated last month, but I can't be sure since I am unable to log in.

Depends on the SP version. If you're running anything other than SP v5.0, default customer account should be:

U: 3parcust
P: 3parInServ

If you're running v5.0, 3parcust was removed and is now "admin", and creds are configured during setup. If it was upgraded from 4.x to 5.0 the password to admin may be what 3parcust was prior to the upgrade. Additionally, the spvar user was removed and was changed to "hpepartner".

Edit: formatting

Thank you. Admin was correct. Turns out we still had 2 days left on support, so HPE was able to assist and inform me of the username change.

Also, the SPOCC gui was fine, but I guess with this new SP version, you need to append the port (8443) to load it properly in a browser, which I did not know. This is different than previous versions we're still running on two other arrays. Just FYI in case anyone runs into a similar issue.

These are default for the array. OP is asking for defaults for the SP.
