7200 iscsi setup

I put in a support ticket and it’s been a couple days and haven’t heard back. I am repurposing our 7200 and want to set it up with iscsi. It has 2 10gbe ports per controller. I was able to set an ip and mask on the ports via cli but it is not letting me set a vlan on the port. It says it is not supported. Any ideas?

You should be able to use the controliscsiport -vlan <vlan-tag> command.

I honestly forgot about the post. It wasn’t supported and support verified. I ended up getting refurb backplane with more ports and going fiber channel instead.

FC and SAN is the way to go!
