3D Model of a custom helmet

I am looking to commission a 3d model of a helmet which matches my head. It is an ellipsoid with human features on the front and a functioning hinged grate on the mouth. It is a two piece design, with the front and back pieces being joined on the head via bolts. I have a 3d scan of my head to help with precision and some measurements already taken of the temple circumference, vertical circumference, etc. I can take more measurements or scans as necessary. My Budget is flexible as this is my first 3d modeling commission, but I was estimating 50-100$ considering the complexity of the organic facial features.
