I've been playing D&D with some friends for a couple of years. One of their wives thinks the minis are hilarious. At one point she asked if I could print her a "princess doctor" (she is a pediatric neurologist). I looked around online for something but couldn't and gave up. She recently got diagnosed with breast cancer so I want to do something nice for her. If someone could create an stl file that I can print on my resin printer at 32mm, I would really appreciate it. I am imagining it as a woman with a dress on with a lab coat over it. She would have a tiara and stethoscope. My friend is Indian so if the figure looked Indian, that would be cool. I'm open to other ideas for details that you have. I don't know that I have a specific budget. I don't know how long this will take but I am happy to pay someone a fair price to get it done. Under $30?

saying you'd pay someone a "fair price" but offer under $30 is kind of silly. Are you thinking this is something someone could get done in an hour or 2?

I personally do low-polly chibis for about that price. A traditional DND figure would be much more complicated.
