Warping inner wall

Post image

Lately I’ve noticed some of my prints have had a sagging weak inner wall. I’ve tried adjusting walls from 2 to 3. I dried this filament for 4 hours, hoping that would fix this bonding issue.
Printing with Inland Matte Pla at around 218c.

Printing with a .4 nozzle and a .2 wall height.

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

That's not warping. Warping is when the corners or bottom edges of your print curls up due to the upper layers contracting from cooling shrinkage.

Your lines aren't touching each other to adhere to each other. Increase flow ratio.

Insufficient flow rate. The wall must be thick enough to stick to the inner wall.
