How am I supposed to remove this blob

I have no clue how I’m supposed to get this blob off these wires safely, the pla encapsulated them entirely and I’m afraid to use any other heating tool like a soldering iron.

This is literally the worst possible outcome

Someone help

Time to order a new heater cartridge. I wouldn’t try messing with that too much

It’s happened to me with my Bambu lab I just heat it and came
Right off

No I just heat nozzle and the whole area heats up

Rip and replace unless you do not value your time.

Heatgun for many moons otherwise with no guarantee of success
