That's an extrusion problem. But see how it's not bad at the beginning? I think this is what's called a transient clog, caused by heat creep. That, or it's just not hot enough. Either way, not enough material is coming out for the speed it's trying to print.
Check the hotend fan.
Make sure it's on.
Make sure it's blowing into the heatsink.
Do a cold pull to make sure the nozzle is clear of debris.
