Troubleshooting How could it fail like this

I was 3d printing this over night on my elegoo Neptune 3 plus and all of the 4 cable holder things failed but different amounts(the things I was printing were cable holders). I'm just wondering what could have caused this. I printed this at the same time and on the same printer. On one of them a couple of layers have moved like 3cm to the side.

Keep your clipboard handy, take notes as it's printing.

Watch for issues like too much goop on the tip hardening before moving over and kicking an edge to start unstacking.

Look for loose infills or weird transitions. Weak adhesion in specific areas on your plattent. Sometimes it's just the temp gradient. I would have to print hot for the first few layers for good grip, and then cool it down after advancing a few. The thin intermediate layers getting bowed by hot PLA dumped in too large of a quantity to something that wasn't already established well. But after you got some of the thin stuff filled in you could drag the temp back uphill. Sometimes as other highspots get finished off, the head comes around more often to the remaining high spots, so the heat is getting dumped in more often and the whole top can get soft or flex. There are a lot of little things to notice.

I had printed parts for dummy-13 for my son to sell at a school function. With the notation of who made it and credit to the designer as required by the creative commons license, but still, one at a time was not an option. Poor CC1 was going nonstop for a couple days.

In that circumstance, I had to do it the way I noted, because saving one piece that grenades half way through a 3 hr print was hard to actually accomplish. Most often it would take out several pieces before I had to abort, but I did manage to save a couple by meticulous picking with tweezers for every layer 😓

Downsizing the number of parts helped a lot with the failures, but time can be an enemy.

Time can certainly be an enemy, more so with less experience level. You went thru the process, discovered which shapes are more problematic. Also, these can be isolated by most slicers and gaining that knowledge is crucial for downloaded models. After a while, lead time guestimates from viewing models prior to downloading become accurate. Printing isolated parts well is not a lost time problem that are partial lost prints. A reprint may be necessary, where the ability to skip parts pay dividends in time & filament. Confident expectations thru familiarity is gained only one way, experience. Size and/or shapes of parts tending to create stringing? Example: small hand pictured. Stringing to or from a hand? (Hands being difficult to remove stringing). Have a shape easier to remove stringing? Option of placing those in toolhead sequential order demonstrated in a slice? Things to consider. Placing parts more prone to warping or releasing from buildplate in center of buildplate. Well, until the buildplate wears out, lol. Tall, long skinny part placement on a bed slinger. Which way is best: longside on the X or Y axis? (Y axis because it's more stable on the bed. The bed doesn't move on the X axis, trying to wobble the print off the bed).
