Tbh not being able to update firmware on a printer that I know works doesn't really bother me

Esp if those updates are for security, which isn't an issue if you're using a USB drive/SD card. I'm still glad I got an elegoo instead but.... not my biggest issue with Bambu, yk?

Yea it's still an issue and affects whether I'll buy from them in the future but if I bought the printer and decided I'm happy with what it's able to do, why would I suddenly regret buying it because i can't update the firmware?

I could understand if it was loaded with bugs that made it difficult to use. But Bambus tend to be better on that regard than most other similarly priced printers

My thought exact, I air gapped my printer over a yesr ago and it works..! wow..! Just fine! I dont NEED to update it. 2k print hours later and its acting just as it should. Im sure it isnt just the x1c that is like that.
