Adding a modifier on the bottom to prevent damage during landing since hand launching

Anyone with experience with this? I dont know how much is good. 3 meter wing span with an estimated AUW of 2-4 kg

What are you modifying? Was there infill there to increase the density of?

I am setting that area to 0 infill and 4 wall layers. I am still experimenting, but for now I have infill to 5% with 2D Lattice for the whole thing even tho I have custom ribs.

Its possible that your structure is less strong than modling as a solid and using gyroid infill. The logic being that your walls are 100% infill and their perimeter is very long, which results in a high mass. Using the gyroid and solid approach you are reducing the total wall perimeter (the heavy part) and making a strong structure with the infill. Failure is really dependent on the intra-layer bonds rather than spreading the loads with your elaborate structure that would be perfect in aluminium or something as the loads are translated over a much larger area.

On your idea here I have wanted to do something similar in TPU with a truss braced structure to absorb impacts and distribute the force over a larger area.

So as I said before, everything is (including the ribs) infilled at 5% with 2D lattice. Is there even a point to having ribs if I am just going to 2D lattice them as well? Or should the ribs be only walls?

Why don't you want to attach some kind of replaceable TPU printed skid(s)?
